30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is part of the practice.

1. Our Promise

We want you to feel confident in every order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked, no conditions met. This is our unconditional return guarantee.

This policy applies to all products purchased on forerui.com, including gift sets, individual talismans, and membership subscriptions.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email hello@forerui.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return (optional, but helps us improve).
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. customers). International customers: we will reimburse return shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging if possible. You do not need to return the item in pristine condition — opened and used products are fully eligible for return.
  4. Drop off the package at any carrier location. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

3. What’s Covered

  • All physical products — gift sets, talismans, ritual cards, and accessories
  • Opened items — you may return products even if the packaging has been opened or the item has been used
  • Damaged or defective items — receive a full refund or free replacement, no return required for photographic evidence
  • Membership subscriptions — first 30 days fully refundable; after 30 days, you can cancel future billing at any time (no further charges), but past payments are non-refundable

4. What’s Not Covered

  • Digital content (mudra tutorials, digital guides) is non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless the content is defective
  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window (we will still offer store credit on a case-by-case basis)

5. Shipping & Fees

Original shipping fees ($3.99 per order) are non-refundable. Return shipping for U.S. customers is free (prepaid label provided). For international returns, we will reimburse up to $15 USD in return shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item and a copy of the shipping receipt.

6. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (PayPal account or credit/debit card). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired product at your convenience.

8. State-Specific Consumer Rights

Some U.S. states have specific consumer protection laws that may provide you with additional rights beyond this policy. This policy does not limit, restrict, or override any rights you may have under applicable state law:

  • California: Residents are entitled to a full refund for any item returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase, as provided by California Civil Code § 1722.
  • New York: Residents have the right to cancel certain transactions within 3 business days as provided by New York General Business Law § 625.
  • Massachusetts: Residents are entitled to return defective merchandise as provided by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 106, § 2-314.
  • All other states: This 30-day unconditional return policy is offered as a voluntary commitment by FORÊ and does not waive any statutory consumer rights you may have under your state’s laws.

If you believe your state’s consumer protection laws provide you with additional rights that are not addressed here, please contact us at hello@forerui.com and we will honor those rights.

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please email us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been packed or shipped can be cancelled for a full refund with no shipping charges. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned under the 30-day return policy described above.
