FORÊ offers digital rune cards — 124 hand-drawn seals available as blind-box pulls or fixed editions — delivered instantly to your personal library upon purchase, together with guided ritual audio and animated card views. Select physical editions may be offered to collectors from time to time; those follow the physical-goods terms below.

2. Orders & Delivery
Digital rune cards unlock immediately after payment is confirmed. You will find them in your account library, ready to view, hear, and download. If a card fails to unlock, contact us and we will make it right within 2 business days. For any physical products: orders ship within 15 days, delivery in 5–10 business days within the U.S.
3. Refunds
Because digital cards grant instant access at the moment of purchase, digital sales are final unless the content is defective — in which case we will repair it or refund you in full. Physical products carry our 30-day unconditional return promise. Full details: Refund Policy.
4. Subscriptions
Membership tiers (free and paid) are not yet available. When we introduce any auto-renewing plan, it will be clearly labeled with its price and renewal terms before checkout, cancellable anytime from your account, and never charged without your explicit consent.
5. Intellectual Property
The FORÊ marks, artwork, rune designs, chants, and illustrations are owned by FORÊ Studio. All digital rune cards are licensed, not sold: your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to view, listen, and keep the card in your library. You may not redistribute, resell, or use the cards commercially, share your account access, or remove any watermark. FORÊ may revoke access for violation of these terms.
6. Disclaimers
FORÊ products are cultural and spiritual art created for mindfulness, reflection, and entertainment. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and results are not guaranteed. Blind-box pulls are random: all 124 seals are equally likely, and duplicates are possible across separate pulls. Consult a qualified professional for any health or financial concern.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes go to arbitration in San Francisco County, CA.
