Before you send the question
QWhat happens after I pay for a reading?
You will receive a confirmation email right away. For a written reading, we study your question and send your personal reading as a PDF within 48 hours. For a video reading, we reply within 24 hours with a booking link so you can pick a time for your live session.
QDo I need to prepare anything before my reading?
Only one thing: sit with your question for a few minutes and write it down in one or two sentences. A clear question makes a clear reading. Everything else — the seal, the interpretation, the notes — is our work, not yours.
QWhat if I do not know what to ask?
That is a good place to start. Choose "I am not sure yet — advise me" on the message form, tell us roughly what sits on your mind, and we will help you shape the question before the reading begins.
QHow are digital rune cards delivered?
Instantly. Once your PayPal order completes, your card or cards appear in your FORÊ card library, ready to view and download as PNG or SVG. No shipping, no waiting.
QIs my question kept private?
Yes. Your request and everything you write stays between you and the reader. Nothing is published, shared, or used in marketing without your explicit permission.
QCan I give a reading as a gift?
You can. Book the reading, then send us the name and email of the person receiving it — we will coordinate the timing with them directly and keep your note a surprise.
